Weather cloudy and rainy most of the day with a slight breeze. Fishing was slow for a lot of guys but there were stil some good bags. 1st place 11.99 lbs, i managed to catch my 5 fishs limit at 10.59 lbs good for a 4th place finish. Not bad since i had never been on the lake. Caught my fish using a carlolina rig in 20 - 30 feet of water on a pumkinseed 6 " Zoom Lizard. The lake is very clean and visability 20+ feet no problem, lake holds quality fish most fishs were 1.5 lbs of greater. Worth the 2 hr ride.

On the water at 6:45 slight breeze, fishing started off slow but picked up by 9:00 my fishing partner Scott and I had 4 keepers each. Finished our morning trip at 10:30 with our limit. No real monsters but we did manage a couple of 2 lbs. This lake does hold some quality fish but there are many more fish in the 12- 15 " category. Great place to take the kids fishing, our bass clubs holds it's annual kids tournament here every year. Over all if your looking for some good action and don't want to spend a lot of time on the road give Whitehall a try. Good size parking lot and the boat ramp can accommodate two boats at a time. |

My son Kyle and I got a late start on the water at 7:30, weather conditions cloudy, little wind and an occasional shower. The fishing was good most of the day with 30+ fish between the two of us, bad thing was most were under 12" good sign of things to come?? I have fished this lake many times and know it holds quality large and small mouths. Nice ramp parking for about 15, get there early if you want to park in the lot. This lake gets a fair amount of fishing pressure but is still worth the trip. |

15 Boat tournament, weather conditions cloudy and very windy typical. Fishing was slow for the entire club although we did manage to have 8 five fish limits. This is a great large cape pond. Nice small mouths and quality large mouths lunker for this tournament was a large mouth 4.6 lbs had several small mouths in the 3+ lb range. Plenty of parking with a one boat ramp. Looking to plan a trip this pond is worth the ride. |

Medium size lake , shallow water with limited structure in the main area of the lake. More structure in the back but can also get very shallow. ( watch the motors ) Great fishing along the pads with white and gray rats. First trip this season was slow cold front came though, I still managed to get a couple of nice bass, my son Kyle also boated a couple. My fishing partner caught everything but a bass. This lake holds some quality bass in the 4 - 6 pound range have seen some that looked even bigger. |

i got an inflatable raft it would take me forever to get down river. I fish there all the time under that bridge there is great fishing all along the river there. |

8/30 Singletary Tournament
Day started off slow but Kyle and I ended up with 11 keeps with best 5 coming in at 6.15 no a lot of weight but good enough for another 3rd place finish. Drop shot seemed to do the trick.

Lake Cochituate Tourney 8/15
Kyle and I caught plenty of shorts but only managed 4 keepers. Caught all 4 on drop shot black with blue flake senkos edge of the weed lines. 5.14 good enough for a 3rd place finish.

6/6 Long Pond Tournament
Finished 5th out of 30. 5 fish limit all small mouth weight 7.94 winning bag 11.78. Conditions cloudy and very windy no rain. All my fish were caught on a drop shot 1/4 weight 15 " lead with 4" Senko smoke with silver flake in 8 12 feet of water. Even managed to catch a white cat on this rig.
