Baked Teriyaki Sturgeon Steaks Recipe for Lake Sturgeon

Title: Baked Teriyaki Sturgeon Steaks

Cook Time: 30 to 45
Ingredients: 1 sturgeon steak

1/2 cup. light soy sauce

1/3 cup chopped green onions

3 tbsp. demerara sugar

1 large finger of ginger cut into chunks

1 clove garlic

1/4 cup white wine
Directions: Mix all ingrediants, except fish, to make sauce. Mash ginger and garlic and leave in sauce. Add Sturgeon to bowl. Add enough water to sauce to cover fish. Marinate fish in refridgerator for 2 to 3 hours. Prepare a foil pouch for each fish steak. Put steak in pouch and cover with extra sauce. Seal and bake 450 F for 30-45 minutes. Open top and place under broiler for 2 minutes to brown.
